Requirements:

  • Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related
  • Previous experience as an IT business analyst or in similar roles
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with professional-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of IT principles and practices, including software development, information systems, and technology architecture
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools such as process modeling, requirements analysis, and system documentation
  • Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical specifications for developers
  • Skill in identifying opportunities for improvement in business processes and proposing technological solutions
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and business teams
