Job Description:

The Solution Delivery Organization is fully aligned with ADM’s enterprise process framework and the AE/GPO (Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner) structure, supporting business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk mitigation and relationship management. Within the Transportation Management (TM) domain, the team enables all processes and capabilities related to planning, execution, visibility and optimization of transportation. As part of the TM Solution Delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst – TM will analyze business processes, gather functional requirements, and collaborate with Solution Leaders, Process & System Analysts, and business stakeholders to design, document, and deliver robust TM solutions that support ADM’s global strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Product Owners, business representatives and Solution Delivery team members during preliminary investigations for new solutions, ensuring clear requirements gathering, data analysis and evaluation of solution options.
  • Support business case development by providing process and functional expertise to define expected business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the design and revision of processes following enterprise governance standards.
  • Understand cross-process and cross-functional dependencies while designing, developing and implementing TM solutions.
  • Prepare documentation for key project phases, including requirement gathering, discovery, development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate strategy documents into actionable roadmaps and participate in regular roadmap reviews.
  • Work closely with other IT delivery teams to ensure efficient end-to-end solution deployment.
  • Collaborate with external vendors (software, applications, tools) to clarify business requirements and support system analysts in building functionalities.
  • Support roadmap execution for implementation projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and service delivery teams.
  • Maintain high visibility on solution and service delivery activities through updates, meetings and communication with team leads.
  • Analyze incoming requests, ensuring deliverables are well defined and aligned with stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate status updates and documentation for assigned projects, enhancements and support activities.
  • Contribute to estimates of time and resource needs for proposed solutions.
  • Support transition of project deliverables into the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Partner with other process and system experts to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or related field, with 5+ years of experience in IT or business process roles.
  • Strong understanding of Transportation Management processes (planning, execution, carrier management, freight visibility), and familiarity with major TM solutions.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays or overtime when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel to support business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, facilitation and process-management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, reprioritize, and handle evolving assignments.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and process solutions related to Transportation Management.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
