This role is responsible for the coordination of all IT invoicing functions, including contract programs and service maintenance agreements.
Job Responsibility:
Perform new setup and renewal of IT Service Agreements in multiple billing platforms
Verify submitted sales transactions utilized proper pricing structure and documentation, record changes in revenue for managed services
Coordinate the collection and processing of scheduled usage data for contracts as assigned
Generate daily service agreement invoices for contracts as assigned
Review and produce billable Service Invoices
Provide timely response to customers, Marco internal teams, and Sales Representative needs and questions by gathering information, researching issues, and preparing solutions
Process contract cancellations and various adjustments to existing technology leases & agreements
Analyzes and resolves billing disputes for customers
Obtain proper approval from appropriate department leadership for adjustments to customer contracts and invoicing
Potential to specialize in IT Leasing, Annuity Billing, and Hosted Voice solutions
Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
An associate degree and two years of relevant experience
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Superior numerical ability, basic accounting skills preferred
Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, including a high level of Excel knowledge
Superior internal and external customer service and communication skills
Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports
Excellent organizational and time/task management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, work within a defined timeline, and operate with changing priorities
Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client-oriented department
Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision
