IT Auditor

• Conduct comprehensive audits of IT systems, focusing on general and management controls
• Perform testing and certification of new systems while validating changes against prior documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address deficiencies and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Evaluate and improve security access protocols, termination controls, and recertification processes
• Manage audit steps related to PeopleSoft and mainframe systems to maintain operational integrity
• Oversee change management processes, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to best practices
• Lead co-sourced audit initiatives and coordinate with external partners for seamless execution
• Document and analyze cutoff controls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of performance
• Review and refine first-time control procedures to align with organizational standards
• Provide expert guidance on IT general controls and their integration into broader audit frameworks.

• Proven experience in IT auditing, with a focus on information systems and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and mainframe systems
• Expertise in IT general controls and management controls
• Familiarity with deficiencies management and certification processes
• Background working with or within a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
