Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and execute risk‑based IT, operational, compliance, and integrated audits, with a focus on emerging and evolving risk areas (e.g., AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data privacy, ESG)
  • Monitor and assess key enterprise risks related to emerging technologies and digital transformation
  • deliver timely, actionable insights and recommendations to management
  • Evaluate cyber risk management practices, including identity and access management, incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, EU AI Act)
  • Assess IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), system development life cycles (agile and waterfall), and IT asset and service management processes
  • Independently engage with business and technology stakeholders
  • clearly communicate audit results, risk implications, and improvement opportunities to senior management and audit leadership
  • Design and execute continuous auditing and monitoring activities using data analytics, automation, Technology KRIs, and AI‑enabled audit techniques
  • Coach and review the work of junior auditors

Requirements:

  • 4 years of relevant IT audit, risk, or assurance experience, including exposure to modern technologies and digital transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
  • commitment to ongoing professional development expected
  • Experience across one or more of the following: cybersecurity, cloud platforms, AI/ML, ERP systems, digital services, IT infrastructure, and IT service management
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python or similar)
  • Understanding of enterprise risk management concepts, business operations, and ESG‑related considerations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business‑focused insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work independently, lead audit activities, exercise sound judgment, and drive issues to resolution
  • Commitment to fostering diverse perspectives and inclusive team environments
  • Experience in public accounting, consulting (e.g., Big 4), or complex global organizations
