Job Responsibility:

  • Systems and user accounts management
  • Providing IT support for company employees
  • Troubleshooting network and server issues (L1)
  • Ensure the security of company systems and data through thoughtful diligence, adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Performing onboarding & offboarding tasks for the company employees
  • Support on audio and video communications and collaboration systems
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation
  • Hardware and software inventory control

Requirements:

  • Scripting knowledge on bash, powershell or Python
  • Good understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols
  • Good understanding on Active Directory administration
  • Setup and troubleshooting Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration / teamwork skills
  • Hands on experience on help desk / end user oriented support
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Willing to go to the office, it´s a hybrid role
