Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and develop tools to record ITAM information (IT Software and Hardware Asset Management)
  • Ensure an accurate inventory of all IT assets is in place, keeping records up-to-date
  • Optimize, rationalize, and globalize the number of tools and licenses worldwide by analyzing asset data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
  • Understand the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement through to disposal
  • Review suppliers' contracts and agreements
  • Assist the IT team with the renewal of applications/licenses and their budgets
  • Share knowledge within the team and across the department to build strong relationships
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and prioritize workload effectively
  • Understand and follow department documentation including policies, working procedures, work instructions, and KPIs
  • Monitor risks associated with IT assets
  • Conduct audits to verify asset locations, conditions, and configurations, supporting internal and external audit activities

Requirements

  • ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) knowledge
  • Proficiency in Asset Management processes
  • Fluency in English for effective communication
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is required

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and SAM (Software Asset Management) are preferred
  • Experience with IT Asset Management Tools (optional)
