Job Description:

Applies in-depth knowledge to provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues through various channels while delivering customer service. Documents solutions, contributes to knowledge bases, and analyzes incident trends to improve processes and enhance user experience.

Job Responsibility:

Manages and oversees the lifecycle of information technology (IT) assets within an organization
Creates and maintains an accurate inventory of all information technology assets
Coordinates the deployment of assets
Ensures assets are properly maintained, upgraded, and retired
Analyzes asset utilization and performance to identify opportunities for optimization
Monitor depot and deploy vendor's quality of service
Assist with data analysis to project inventory needs and optimize procurement processes
Track devices tagged as legal hold
Execute hardware reclamation processes
Conduct routine audits to validate inventory records
Reconcile and reclaim licenses to reduce expense
Generate reports for KPIs, scorecards and dashboards
Liaise with various groups (facilities, recruiting, HR, onboarding, Service Desk, etc.)

Requirements:

Prior experience working with customers, vendors, or support tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables and priorities to meet deadlines
Passion for being organized and detail oriented
Understanding of asset management principles from procurement to end of life phases
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

2+ years of applicable experience
Experience with asset management and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)
Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) preferred
Familiarity with ITIL preferred, especially ITAM and request management processes
