We are looking for an IT Architect to join our team, someone with experience in designing and implementing IT architectures and solving complex technological challenges. At BCG Platinion, you will collaborate with project teams, support and mentor client teams, define IT strategies, and design architectural solutions. In practice, this means engaging in projects such as reviewing application and integration landscapes, designing modern target architectures, building legacy system migration plans, or helping organizations across sectors like banking, healthcare, and retail navigate large-scale digital transformations.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in IT: software development, architecture or tech consulting
Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or a related field
Ability to design and implement IT architectures and work with modern technologies
Understanding of integration patterns, microservices, DevOps, and the software development lifecycle
Experience in leading integration and legacy system modernization projects
Experience working with clients, including at C-level
Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
