Job Description

As a NetSuite Platform Support Administrator within our Enterprise IT Applications team, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and administering our NetSuite platform across multiple European territories. The platform operates within a complex, integrated enterprise architecture, interfacing with Zone Billing, multiple regional ERP solutions, and Salesforce via MuleSoft. This hands-on role combines end-user support, system administration, and operational stability, ensuring NetSuite continues to support scalable, compliant, and efficient business operations. You will work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and external partners to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement across the application landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting and administering NetSuite ERP in a production environment
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite security, roles, permissions, workflows, and core financial processes
  • Experience providing end-user support in a multi-country, multi-entity environment
  • Hands-on experience with data management, imports, saved searches, and reporting
  • Experience supporting system integrations, ideally involving Salesforce and MuleSoft
