Job Description:

ABOUT THE JOB: Design and implement business applications/packages within the SCCM application framework. Provide extensive troubleshooting for SCCM installation and configuration, identifying and resolving defects, errors, and inconsistencies. Develop software packaging and patching strategies for Windows desktops. Create, test, and optimize installation/uninstallation packages for various applications. Perform application deployment testing, ensuring successful installation, launch, and operation in Windows 10/WTS 2016 environments. Drive the migration and automation of existing deployment tools to SCCM. Follow and enhance packaging processes to meet monthly/yearly KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement business applications/packages within the SCCM application framework

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, batch files, and PowerShell
  • Understanding process tools such as Jira, Kanban boards, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong team spirit, with a proactive approach to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement
  • Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment
