Job Description

You will ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of key information systems. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will manage deployments, enhancements, and day-to-day application support.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the implementation and rollout of business applications
  • Collect, analyze, and document functional requirements
  • Contribute to application configuration and functional alignment with business processes
  • Organize testing activities and support go-live / release management
  • Provide application support (functional and basic technical troubleshooting)
  • Participate in upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives
  • Support improvements around interfaces, automation, reporting, and monitoring

Requirements

  • Proven experience in application management in complex environments
  • Good understanding of system integration and interfacing concepts
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and data flows
  • Professional proficiency in French and English

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting/automation tools is a plus
  • Exposure to ERP / CRM solutions is an advantage
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., cloud business applications) is a plus
