Job Description:

Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Expand or modify systems to meet project requirements utilizing skills in SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, Azure, SharePoint.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities
Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems
Expand or modify systems to meet project requirements utilizing skills in SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, Azure, SharePoint
Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation
Analyzing and assessing the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure
Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed IT projects
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications
Developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, and procedures
Testing and evaluating new technologies or systems

Requirements:

US Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year degree acceptable) or foreign equivalent degree in Commerce, Bus Adm, or STEM fields of study
Must be willing to travel/relocate within the U.S.
Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements
Knowledge of business processes and systems analysis
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Technical proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
Understanding of IT infrastructure and systems architecture
Knowledge of database management and data analysis
