Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Expand or modify systems to meet project requirements utilizing skills in SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, Azure, SharePoint.

  • Provide timely support for staff in Sydney as well as Melbourne offices, ensuring that user requirements are met
  • Support/Implement IT projects of HO (Paris) and regional (APAC and HKG-IT) as it applies to CACIB Australia
  • Liaise with global and regional GIT-ITS peers in HO, UK and Asia
  • Support local IT projects and 3rd party systems (AustraClear, Bloomberg, RITS, ADP, AgileReporter, etc.)
  • General management of Telephony and Video Conference devices including Cisco IPT, GMD IPC, Cisco VC and Corporate mobile
