Do you enjoy building, optimizing, and making a real impact? Our client, a key player in the financial and automotive sectors, is creating its very first IT Analyst position. As part of the growth of their technology team, you will take charge of their IT environment. Your daily work will combine supporting their teams, evolving their systems, and strategically coordinating external IT partners to support their rapid growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide level 1-2 operational technical support to internal users and perform workstation deployment and management
  • Manage VoIP telephony and basic support for the internal ERP system
  • Track and inventory end-user technology equipment
  • Collaborate on system merging, API management, and propose automation ideas to streamline business processes
  • Take the lead on internal documentation and the implementation of IT best practices

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a level 1-2 system support or administration role
  • DEC or AEC in computer science
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive
  • A curiosity or interest in some development work (systems/API integration and AI)
