It Analyst

We are looking for a driven IT Analyst who enjoys analyzing, designing, and developing systems within an Agile/DevOps environment. As a full-fledged member of a multidisciplinary feature team, you will work on innovative solutions, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and contribute to a genuine DevOps culture by also taking on Operations tasks. Leadership in agile ceremonies and fostering innovation within networks are central to this role. You will deliver analysis and implementation in a local team that provides services and applications, focusing on fast value delivery and high-quality output in the local market. At the same time, you act as a bridge between the business (Belux) and the central applications and services: translating business needs into concrete technical requirements and ensuring seamless alignment between the local context and central infrastructure. You maintain a holistic view of both local and central systems so that changes, integrations, and optimizations deliver value for both Belux and the broader ecosystem.
