IT Analyst II

• Manage and optimize our SSO platform (JumpCloud, Microsoft 365), ensuring secure, seamless access across applications
• Administer and support MDM/EMM tools (JumpCloud and Jamf) for macOS and Windows devices, including deployment, compliance, and patch management
• Collaborate on configuration and policy enforcement to align with security and compliance requirements
• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including email, calendaring, groups, and licensing
• Support DNS and email security management to ensure high availability, deliverability, and protection against spam/phishing
• Manage endpoint security with SentinelOne and ensure compliance with security awareness training (KnowBe4)
• Maintain and manage compliance frameworks in Vanta, including conducting audits, collecting evidence, and performing control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
• Proactively monitor for vulnerabilities and risks, implementing remediation and mitigation strategies
• Oversee computer and hardware lifecycle management, from procurement through decommission
• Manage IT asset inventory with Jira Assets, maintaining accurate records for compliance and operational efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional and international teams, including counterparts in India, to drive consistent IT practices globally
• Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and technical guides

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on MDM/EMM and SSO tooling, computer deployment, security, compliance and project management
• Proven track record of working with vendors and partners to develop and implement successful IT projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
• Familiarity with industry best practices, tools, and technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
