Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst II to join our technology team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments and enjoy supporting diverse user and technical needs. The IT Analyst II will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations within Windows and macOS environments, with a significant focus on Microsoft 365 support and system security.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide advanced IT support across Windows and macOS platforms, Microsoft 365 suite (including Entra ID, SharePoint, Outlook, Intune), SaaS applications, and endpoint management tools such as Intune and Apple Business Manager
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, ensuring timely and effective communication with end users
  • Administer and manage identity and access management systems (such as Azure AD, Okta), ensuring secure and compliant user workflows
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and support tickets
  • Ensure all systems and processes comply with relevant security frameworks
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and multiple, concurrent support requests
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend technology solutions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 administration, SaaS platforms, identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta), and endpoint management (Intune, ABM)
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC (strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and maintain composure in dynamic situations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
