This role involves implementing and managing security measures to protect against cyber threats, conducting regular security assessments, and responding to security incidents.
Job Responsibility
Implement and manage security measures to protect against cyber threats
Conduct regular security assessments
Respond to security incidents
Act as escalation point for complex incidents and service requests
Diagnose and resolve issues across endpoints, M365, networking, and business applications
Build, configure, and support laptops and user devices
Administer Active Directory and user access
Support onboarding/offboarding and permissions management
Contribute to security compliance (e.g. Cyber Essentials, vulnerability remediation)
Support infrastructure operations
Assist with large-scale IT projects (office moves, migrations, system deployments)
Follow and support change control processes
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
Identify and implement service improvements and automation opportunities
On-Call support participation
Requirements
Experience in an IT support or systems administration role (ideally 3+ years)
Proven experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 services
Relevant industry certifications (desirable), e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA
Experience working within ITIL-aligned environments (incident, change, and problem management)
