We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to support the day-to-day technology needs of our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping systems running smoothly. You’ll ensure our employees have the tools and secure environment they need to work efficiently, whether they’re in the office or working remotely.
Job Responsibility:
Provide hands-on IT support to employees, including setting up new computers, troubleshooting issues, and managing equipment inventory
Coordinate the setup and maintenance of hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and software tools
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access to systems such as Microsoft 365 and internal platforms
Maintain IT documentation including asset tracking, user guides, and process checklists
Oversee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective — ensuring employees have the right access and hardware
Monitor system security, apply updates, and help enforce cybersecurity best practices across the company
Ensure reliable connectivity and troubleshoot basic network or connectivity issues
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain IT services and procure equipment
Support company-wide technology initiatives and identify opportunities to improve IT operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar role
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently
