Job Description:

The IT Administrator will support day-to-day IT operations, including network connectivity, end-user systems, and server environments. This role provides hands-on technical support across Wi-Fi architecture, Windows/Mac devices, printers, and virtual/on-premise servers. The administrator will ensure system uptime, resolve issues quickly, and assist with IT infrastructure improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Support day-to-day IT operations, including network connectivity, end-user systems, and server environments
Provide hands-on technical support across Wi-Fi architecture, Windows/Mac devices, printers, and virtual/on-premise servers
Ensure system uptime and resolve issues quickly
Assist with IT infrastructure improvements

Requirements:

Knowledge of Wi-Fi network architecture and troubleshooting
Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and printer hardware
Ability to set up, configure, and troubleshoot virtual and on-prem servers
Strong problem-solving and customer-support skills
Ability to work onsite in Savannah
Prior experience in a systems/IT administrator role preferred
