Hunter Douglas is looking for a motivated IT Admin Support to join our Product Configuration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience, build your IT skillset, and contribute to meaningful projects that make an impact across the business. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role, subject to business requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and run meetings for the Product Configuration team
Maintain and update product configuration timelines and systems
Work closely with the Product team on templates, test cases, and configuration tools
Track actions and follow up on overdue tasks to keep projects on track
Lead team meetings when the Team Lead is unavailable
Support the Team Lead with ad hoc IT and administrative tasks
All other duties as assigned
