We’re seeking an IT Account Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth through trusted support and consultative service. The primary focus will be serving and growing existing client relationships while also acquiring new clients through strategic efforts. This role blends consultative account management with proactive business development: strengthening client partnerships, driving technology alignment, generating referrals, and uncovering new opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the main point of contact for client needs
Conduct business reviews and create tailored growth plans
Proactively address challenges and identify service opportunities
Turn satisfied clients into advocates through referrals and testimonials
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
Requirements:
IT knowledge and sales success in the IT or related work history
Experience in client relationship management, sales and/or account support
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools
Dependable, positive, and results-focused team player
At least 1 year of experience in account management
