Job Responsibility

  • Support & independently resolve product-specific inquiries of our software systems
  • Manage and monitor tickets according to service level agreements
  • Prepare and monitor the weekly deployment process
  • Perform administrative tasks such as configuration, management of master data and analysis of data
  • Independent error analysis, including reproduction in a test environment if required and escalation when necessary
  • On-call duty after adequate training

Requirements

  • Career change with professional experience or completed training in IT
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset are desirable
  • High IT affinity with an eagerness to learn new things and finding joy in solving technical challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure with organised and analytical methods
  • Good knowledge of English
