IT - System administrator

Performs installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network resources necessary for task execution (desktop/laptop computers, tablets, phones, printers, etc.), including ensuring the necessary software is available; Assigns specific user rights within the ERP; Responds promptly to reported user issues (equipment, software, network problems) ... to efficiently resolve user disruptions; Performs daily system checks (servers, networks, etc.); Adjusts system performance settings; Trains employees in using the Information System; Cooperates with external service providers for installation and/or maintenance of IT equipment/software and networks, and supervises their work; Proposes the procurement of software packages and IT equipment and participates in procurement upon approval; Collaborates with responsible personnel in affiliated legal entities to coordinate relevant tasks; Cooperates with other organizational units within the company on matters within their scope of work; Responsible for timely and accurate data entry into the IS, proper data storage, and for making updates and/or additions in accordance with internal regulations and authorizations; Performs tasks in accordance with regulations and internal company policies; Applies occupational safety and health measures, fire protection, environmental protection, and safe work instructions as per regulations and internal policies; Performs other duties assigned by the Director
