Job Description

The Israel Service Experience Country Leader manages the service experience delivery at the country level. This includes overseeing the development, implementation, and governance of service products or solutions, driving revenue growth, and achieving business goals such as revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 12 years in Service Business Management with a strong background in managing high-level individual contributors
  • Solid experience in a similar role

  • University degree, with advanced degrees preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of the market and competitive dynamics
  • Strong understanding of business models, strategies, and processes
  • Ability to manage people and business relationships
