We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility:

  • As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources
  • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management

Requirements:

  • Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
  • Teams experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
