Job Description

We are recruiting Residential Care Assistants to support residents within care home settings across island locations. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care and promoting independence and wellbeing.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
  • Assisting with nutrition and daily living needs
  • Leading and participating in meaningful activities
  • Working within a multidisciplinary care team
  • Following strict health, safety, and infection control procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in residential care
  • Willingness to work long days and night shifts
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
