Job Description

We are seeking experienced Community Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults living within island communities. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are confident working independently in remote and rural settings.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering personal care and daily living support within service users' homes
  • Safe moving and handling procedures
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
  • Lone working across various island locations
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in service users' health and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Care at Home / domiciliary setting
  • Strong resilience and adaptability for remote working environments
  • Full flexibility to work long hours and varied shifts
  • Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle
  • Adults
