Join us and help create life-changing innovations that impact billions around the world! We are hiring an ISD (Industry Solutions Delivery) Business Manager for the Netherlands and Europe South. This is a critical role partnering with the Netherlands and Europe South ISD Leaders, their teams, and the Areas, to establish and drive alignment on key priorities and initiatives. This role is accountable for several critical functions including the Business Strategy, Planning and Business Performance, the Rhythm of Business (ROB) and Operational & Financial Excellence, and the People and culture agenda for ISD in both Areas. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects, excellent ability to drive cross-organizational relationships, an ability to lead through influence, proven project management skills and be a motivated self-starter.
