Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ISAM Developer to join our onsite team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) solutions to ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access management across enterprise applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions using IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
  • Configure authentication mechanisms (MFA, SSO, Federation, OAuth, SAML)
  • Develop and customize ISAM policies, junctions, and access controls
  • Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues in production
  • Integrate ISAM with web applications, APIs, and backend systems
  • Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams
  • Perform deployments, upgrades, and patch management
  • Document configurations and support processes

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
  • Experience with WebSEAL configuration
  • Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Nice to have:

  • Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python)
  • Experience in Banking/Financial domain
  • Knowledge of IBM Verify Access (IVA)
  • Understanding of network security and SSL/TLS
  • Excellent communication skills
