Job Responsibility

Overseeing two services for adults with mental health issues within supported living services, you will lead and support the teams in the effective delivery of care and support
Ensure the safe and effective support provided for adults with mental health issues which may also include self -harmers
Supervise and support a team of support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management
Ensure safeguarding procedures are rigorously followed, safeguarding vulnerable adults at all times
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including care records, incident reports, and compliance audits
Monitor service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability of the service
Full time role, Monday to Friday with the expectation to work flexibly over a weekend where needed and on call 1 in 10 weeks
