Job Description

As an Irrigation Technician you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of irrigation equipment for the resort, which includes sprinklers, water lines, pumps, valves, and overall water management. This position has the potential to flex into snow removal and general grounds maintenance for the winter, if Full Time, Year-Round is desired.

Job Responsibility

  • Seasonal Irrigation start-up and winterization
  • Irrigation repair, maintenance, and operation
  • Possess working knowledge of irrigation pumps
  • Locate and troubleshoot leaks, electrical problems, and communication issues
  • Keep an accurate, up-to-date list of current and future repairs needed
  • Keep an accurate inventory of parts and place orders as needed
  • Maintenance and upkeep of irrigation equipment for the resort, which includes sprinklers, water lines, pumps, valves, and overall water management
  • Potential to flex into snow removal and general grounds maintenance for the winter

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • At least one year of related experience with irrigation required
  • Willing to work in a variety of weather conditions
  • Able to work with a team as well as independently
