Job Description

This is a remote full-time job opportunity where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Athens, Greece or are looking at working & relocating here. You will have the chance to serve the Irish speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for all Irish callers
  • Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
  • Maintain solid customer relationships with Irish customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
  • Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

Requirements

  • High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Native command of the Irish language
  • Fluency in English
  • PC literacy
