Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in our IRD/Lobby Bar Kitchen.

Job Responsibility

  • Primarily work with the hot station (I.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
  • Build inventory lists, as well as strategic overview of preparation for the specific outlet
  • Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort

Requirements

  • 2 years of culinary experience
  • Ability to work PM Shifts
  • Prior experience with a grill, sauté, and knowledge of advanced knife cuts are required
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
  • Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
