The In Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the In Room Dining and Gingers service, ensuring guests receive exceptional, personalized, and timely service in the comfort of their rooms or private residences. This role supervises the IRD and Gingers team, coordinates with kitchen and other F&B outlets, and ensures all service standards and brand guidelines are consistently met.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise and coordinate all In Room Dining and Gingers orders from preparation to delivery, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timeliness
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and product quality according to brand guidelines
Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
Oversee minibar operations, including restocking, inventory control, and billing accuracy
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and costs
Support the IRD Manager with reports, menu updates, and training materials
Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English
A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in the Food & Beverage industry
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a luxury hotel or a similar high-end hospitality environment
Current work authorization in Mexico
