Maintain a thorough understanding of the room service menu
Enter orders accurately into the order management system and confirm all details with guests
Relay orders to the kitchen promptly and ensure delivery staff are informed
Address special requests from guests
Track the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery
Ensure all room service orders are correctly charged to guest accounts
