Irata site agent

• Executing contracts in alignment with legislative requirements, health and safety plans, and quality standards
• Ensuring IRATA Code of Practice is adhered to
• Providing technical/IRATA input to the pre-construction team
• Delivering projects on time and within budget
• Collaborating with site staff and liaising with the commercial team to ensure compliance with tender allowances
• Continuously monitoring project progress against contract objectives
• Identifying and managing changes to the contract
• Accountable for the daily management of projects ranging from £5k to £2m

• Prior experience in all aspects of geotechnical projects
• SMSTS certification
• IRATA competence or have held IRATA competence previously
• Experience at a Site Agent or Sub Agent level within a rail/geotechnical contracting environment
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary rail and geotechnical infrastructure maintenance frameworks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
