IPS & Quality Manager position responsible for lean production implementation, quality management systems, team building, and promoting continuous improvement culture within IKEA's production and supply chain operations in Dalian, China.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the organization and implementation of lean production

  • Supports Global Study Managers (GSMs), other SOMs, and the larger study management delivery of the study by leading specific parts of the project, driving specific countries, executing tasks of moderate complexity, and developing solutions to problems as needed to support deliverables
