Our IP/Patents group seeks applications from rising 2L students (Class of 2028) with a biotech background for our 2027 Summer Associate Program. The position is open to candidates in Atlanta or Philadelphia. A PhD in a biotech-related field is required. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills are also required. The current Summer Associate salary in Atlanta and Philadelphia is $4,135 per week. Paid holidays that fall during the Summer Program are provided. Summer Associates are not eligible for additional benefits.
