Job Responsibility

  • Support complex intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret matters, as well as related licensing and commercial disputes
  • Assist with patent application drafting and transactional patent matters
  • Support patent prosecution and patent transactions practices

Requirements

  • Mid-to-senior-level associate with patent experience, preferably focused on patent disputes
  • Engineering background essential
  • Texas Bar qualified or can demonstrate they can waive into the Texas Bar
  • Meaningful experience in patent matters
  • Skilled, collaborative, and hard-working professional
