The firm has a number of biotech clients that generate IP transactional work, and the firm has no existing IP transactional attorneys to handle this work. The firm is open to bringing in an individual or small group of attorneys, and has a strong track record of helping incoming partners grow their originations significantly through cross-selling across practice groups and associate support.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage client relationships across IP matters
Lead sophisticated transactional engagements from inception to completion
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on multidisciplinary matters
Requirements:
An experienced transactional IP attorney or group of transactional IP attorneys
Self-sustaining portable business (individually or as a group)
Excellent communication and client service abilities
