Nationally recognized intellectual property law firm seeking an IP Paralegal to join their collaborative team. This is a primarily remote opportunity open to West Coast candidates. If you do not live on the West Coast, please do not apply.

Job Responsibility

  • Support patent and trademark prosecution matters
  • Manage USPTO docketing and deadlines
  • Draft, review, and proofread patent and trademark documents and correspondence
  • Prepare patent applications
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact
  • Manage attorney calendars and assist with billing inquiries
  • Collaborate with attorneys, patent agents, and accounting teams

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience handling intellectual property matters
  • Experience handling both trademark and patent prosecution
  • USPTO docket management experience
