Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the incubation and overall operation of the company’s designer toy IP in the Indonesia market
  • Define content direction, key priorities, and platform strategy for the IP
  • Anayze core data regularly to optimize content and resource planning
  • Develop KOL/KOC collaboration strategies and manage key content partnerships
  • Oversee community operations and enhance user engagement and loyalty
  • Plan and execute major online IP campaigns and evaluate performance
  • Guide and align the social media team and related teams as the IP operations lead

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in IP, content, or social media operations, with IP incubation or content project experience
  • Strong understanding of IP building and content strategy
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
