Job Description

IP Network Analyst role working as part of a team to build and support a range of managed connectivity services across multiple customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Build secure customer IP networks spanning managed WAN, LAN, routing, switching, network security and encryption services
  • Create customer design documentation, equipment configurations and technical as built documentation
  • Perform type approval testing of new network hardware & software
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal operations team
  • troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network issues

Requirements

  • Experience in the support and delivery of network solutions involving routing, switching and network security products
  • Solid understanding of a variety of IP network and routing protocols
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to fault resolution
  • Desirable (but not essential) to have knowledge and working experience of Cisco and/or Juniper firewall products
  • Eligible for DV Clearance

  • Provide configuration and operational support for voice systems, including softphones and physical desk phones

  • Administer and monitor network security tools (e.g., IPS, VPN, SIEM, NAC, and Identity & Access Management) to defend against malicious activity
