We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IP Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in intellectual property disputes and related litigation matters. This role will assist with trademark, copyright, patent, enforcement, and commercial litigation matters from pre-suit through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a remote environment.
Job Responsibility
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and litigation schedules
Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, cease and desist letters, settlement documents, and other legal filings
Coordinate filings in federal and state courts, TTAB, and other applicable forums
Organize and maintain electronic case files and litigation records
Assist with trademark, copyright, patent, and enforcement-related disputes
Collect, review, and organize evidence and discovery materials
Prepare exhibits and supporting documents for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
Maintain accurate case notes, matter updates, and litigation records
Assist with subpoena tracking, document productions, and case management tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience with federal and state court filing procedures
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment
Nice to have
Intellectual property litigation experience
Experience with TTAB proceedings
Familiarity with e-filing systems and litigation support software
