Job Responsibility

Set and execute litigation, pre-litigation, and enforcement strategies across commercial, employment, IP, consumer, and other litigation matters
Drive litigation management including early case assessment, steering external counsel, and settlement/trial/appeal strategy
Handle regulatory matters including coordinating responses to government audits and inquiries
Work with HR to ensure compliance with labor and employment legislation
Guide global staffing strategy
Investigate and resolve claims arising from Equal and Fair Workplace Policy
Work with liability and crisis management teams
Implement matter-management metrics and executive reporting
Collaborate with insurance team
Manage junior lawyers and specialists
