Beacon Hill Legal seeks an IP Docketing Specialist for a remote contract-to-hire opportunity with a law firm based in Washington, DC! Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in intellectual property docketing within a law firm environment. Experience with reviewing USPTO correspondence, entering and maintaining deadlines in a docketing system, managing patent and trademark application records, and tracking domestic and international filings is required. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
