Job Description:

A Tier 1 intellectual property firm, renowned for its high-quality service in the areas of patents, trademarks, design, and related commercial law is seeking an experienced solicitor to join the firm’s highly respected and growing commercial IP team. You will be at the forefront of exciting, complex cases and transactions, advising high-profile clients across industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage complex IP litigation cases
Provide expert guidance on technology transfer agreements, IP due diligence, and strategic patent portfolio management
Advise on the intersection of IP law with corporate transactions
Mentor and lead junior associates and trainees
Build and nurture client relationships

Requirements:

3+ years PQE in a well respected IP team
Leadership and mentoring experience
A proactive approach to business development and an entrepreneurial mindset
STEM background e.g. Physics, Electrical, Chemistry etc.
