IP Associate

• Collaborating with the IP and corporate teams on intellectual property matters within M&A and related transactions
• conducting due diligence exercises on target companies and vendors, reporting on findings and recommendations
• taking responsibility for IP drafting within deal documentation, as well as supporting standalone IP agreements such as assignments, licences, and collaborations
• advising on IP provisions and structuring within a wide range of commercial contracts
• applying IP expertise to assist clients in technically complex industries, delivering practical, commercially focused solutions that align with their strategic objectives

• Strong academic credentials
• solid transactional experience within an established Intellectual Property team at a respected law firm
• proven ability to handle complex matters within a comparable environment
• a desire to work within a truly international law firm
• a clear understanding of the structure and operation of a commercial law firm
